Rev. Teseng G Momin of Shillong Baptist Church together with members of Harding Theological College of Tura construct a bamboo bridge to facilitate travel for school-going children through the damaged Gandrak stream near Chitoktak locality of Tura. A major portion of the road was washed away by torrential rains over four years ago but the State Government has remained a mute spectator ever since. (ST)
