Union Minister Vincent H Pala lays down the foundation stone of the new Office of the Hima Nongstoin. The office comes up with a plan estimate of Eighty five lakhs. Pala also announced that in order to speed up the construction of the new office, Rs 30 lakhs would be sanctioned from the MP scheme (ST)
