Meeting
The general meeting of the fish market will be held on February 25 at 11 am at the fish market, Iew Duh. All shop owners and fish sellers of Bara Bazar and other markets have been requested to attend the meeting. The fish market will remain closed on Feb 25.
Power failure
The FKJGP, East Khasi Hills Unit has condemned the MeECL for the power failure at a time when the students are preparing for various examinations. The FKJGP also alleged that the MeECL staff seldom pay heed to the grievances of the public and there are occasions when they do not even bother to receive the phone calls.
