JOWAI: A 27-year-old man identified as Charles Lamare was stabbed and strangulated in Nangbah village in West Jaintia Hills on Monday night. Later, the victim succumbed to his injuries. During enquiry, it transpired that the deceased had stabbed wounds on the left side of his waist.
In this connection the police of Phramer Traffic Cell arrested Nehru Dhar of the same village.
