Misuse of car pass
On May 24, KSU Nongstoin Unit apprehended two persons —Dip Gupta and Radhe Kishan Singh — while they were attempting to sell fruits at Nongstoin Market, West Khasi Hills, illegally without valid permission from the authorities. The duo used a pick-up truck (ML-05-5831) with car pass valid in East Khasi Hills only.
