3 more test positive for COVID-19 in Meghalaya

GUWAHATI: Three more persons test positive for COVID-19 in Meghalaya including one BSF personnel, two returnees from Bihar and Delhi.

Total number of active cases in the state has gone up to 57 while 45 patients have already recovered so far.
