Maoist bandh passes off peacefully

VISAKHAPATNAM: Normal life was partially hit in the Maoists stronghold areas here and in Vizianagaram district on the first day of two-day Andhra-Odisha Border bandh called by the ultras.

Demanding suspension of the Operation Green Hunt, the AOB Special Zonal Committee of the CPI (Maoist) had given a call for the bandh. (PTI)
