Kohinoor Khiladis to aid SOS Children’s Village in Rickshaw Run

SHILLONG: Every year The Adventurists organizes a 3,500 kilometre pan-India auto rickshaw race traversing the length and breadth of the country. All teams are also required to raise money which they will donate to a charitable cause of their choice.
One of the teams participating this year is the Kohinoor Khiladis. The journey began on April 4 from Jaisalmer in Rajasthan and conclude in Shillong on April 15. In line with  this goal, they are raising fund  for the SOS Children’s Village in Shillong and the goal is to raise over US $18,000 to support them. Secretary General of SOS Children’s Villages of India, Anuja Bansal applauded their initiative.
