GUWAHATI: The Assam Public Service Commission has postponed the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2018, which was scheduled to be held on November 24, owing to “circumstances beyond the control of the Commission”, an official statement informed on Wednesday. The Commission is planning to hold the examination tentatively on December 23, 2018.
