HC asks Govt to file counter affidavit in CMJ Univ case

SHILLONG: The High Court of Meghalaya has allowed three weeks’ time to the State Government to file the counter affidavit in response to the writ petition filed by CM Jha challenging the order of the State Government to dissolve the CMJ University established under the CMJ University Act, 2009.

The matter will again be listed for hearing after three weeks, the court said.
