SHILLONG: In an incident which hints at foul play, some key documents pertaining to an alleged scam in the Health department in 2003 have gone missing.
The Director of Health Services (MI), Dr. Rankio Wankhar has filed an FIR complaining that the documents relating to the allegation of irregularities in purchase of medicines in the year 2003 have been misplaced and are untraceable.
