Mizo rapper dies

SHILLONG: Renowned rapper from Mizoram Michael M. Sailo died on Friday night after his motorbike collided with a prison van that was parked along the road. He was taken to Aizawl Civil Hospital with serious head injury but the doctor declared him brought dead. Sailo is survived by his wife B. Malsawmtluangi, who is a singer too, and two sons. A Facebook post said, “Sailo was one of the best rappers among Mizos and loved by many Mizo youths.”
