SNFC volunteers sweep Goenka hospital premises clean in Shilong

SHILLONG: Cleanliness is next to Godliness. With this firm belief and to promote the message of cleanliness among the masses, 65 volunteers from Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation (SNCF) undertook a cleanliness drive at Goenka Hospital Premises in Shillong.

It was an unprecedented friendly encounter which drew support and appreciation from all who witnessed it.

With brooms and baskets in hand, the volunteers collected the garbage and swept the entire area clean, and spread the awareness on cleanliness and eco-friendly practices.

Various office bearers of Goenka Hospital  Staff including ladies were the guests at the inauguration of the event.

Sant Niranakari Mandai’s Shillong based Mukhi Premnath Prasad in his message  said, “Social endeavours like cleanliness, tree plantation and blood donation by the volunteers of SNCF will continue in the future to guide and motivate people to join  such noble causes.”
