SHILLONG: Several parts of Shillong city have been witnessing power fluctuations since the last two days.
Residents from different parts of the city have complained that apart from power fluctuations, the power supply has also become erratic. The residents said that in many areas, there is disruption in supply of power at all hours of the day causing hardships to them.
