SHILLONG: The Confederation of Meghalaya Social Organisations (CoMSO) will march to the Governor’s Secretariat on Friday at 2 pm and people will gather at Motphran and then proceed to Raj Bhavan.
In a statement issued, the vice chairman of CoMSO, Lamphrang Kharbani said the state of Meghalaya is being looked down upon while Manipur got ILP.
It has resolved to oppose the CAB and demand the implementation of ILP in the state.
CoMSO condemned the Governor who, till date, has not given his assent to the ordinance on Meghalaya Residents Safety and Security Act.
