SHILLONG: State Health and Family Welfare Minister AL Hek on Monday informed that Dr P Bhattacharya,Head of the Department (HoD) Anaesthesia would be the new interim Director of NEIGRIHMS. He also maintained that the decision would not have any impact on State’s fight against COVID-19
