When everybody seemed to give up trying any more, he smartly furnished the answer – “kachhari Road in front of the main secretariat building” aesthetics.ae. Said the wise crack, “look at Mahatma Gandhi who has been waiting so long in front of the secretariat building to amble across the road for depositing his electricity bill at the SESU office!”
