SHILLONG: The NEIGRHIMS, reacting to a news report about faculty members leaving the Institute, has clarified that in compliance with the directive of the Gauhati High Court, the Institute had called for advertisement for faculty posts and the matter is still in progress. As far as equipment and infrastructure is concerned, the Institute’s spokesperson Dr B Borgohain on Monday said it is in the progress of procurement according to the General Financial Rules (GFR) of the Government.
