5 tribals kidnapped in Tripura

Agartala: Five tribals have been kidnapped by suspected NLFT insurgents from a remote hamlet in Tripura’s Dhalai district, police said on Wednesday. A group of eight tribal youths from Wansa village went to nearby Gontuisa village for farming activities and were kidnapped by NLFT rebels, police said. While three could managed to flee, five are still in the clutches of the kidnappers, police said. (PTI)
