Washington: Lindsay Lohan has been granted a two-year restraining order against her stalker David Cocordan.

The troubled actress was granted the ruling by a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge after she claimed that she has been living in fear since June 2009 due to Cocordan bombarding her with text messages, showing up at her home with chocolates and magazine articles he had doctored to make it appear as if they were dating. “Without a restraining order I fear that there will not be sufficient law enforcement mechanisms to keep Mr. Cocordan away from me, or those around me,” the actress said.
