SHILLONG: The swearing -in of the new office bearers of the ICYM, Shillong was held at the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, Laitumkhrah on Sunday.The Ceremony was presided over Archbishop Rev Dominic Jala, the Archbishop of Shillong.In the Eucharistic celebration the Diocesan youth Director (DYD) Rev Edward Sten, the Chancellor Rev. Fr. John Madur, religious men and women of different congregations, parents of the newly-elected office bearers and faithful were present.In his speech, the Archbishop reminded the new office-bearers of the ICYM to follow the footsteps of Christ and of St. Thomas who had dedicated himself for the Kingdom of God.
