Illegal arms factory busted

Chandigarh: An illiterate man who was running an illegal arms factory in Haryana’s Jind district has been arrested along with two other people, police said on Wednesday. “We have arrested the manufacturer of illegal arms, one of his client and his accomplice,” the police spokesman said. The factory owner has been identified as Ramesh, who is said to have a criminal past. Police have recovered weapons and ammunition from the factory. (IANS)
