I cried a lot over bad boys: Dunst
London: Spiderman star Kirsten Dunst says she spent a lot of time crying over failed relationships in her life. The 29-year-old actress said she hit the rocks after her split with rocker Johnny Borrell in 2008 who she dated for seven months, reported Daily Mail online. “We all want the bad guy who doesn’t give you what you want. I did a lot of sitting in my car, listening to sad music, crying over boys,” she said. Dunst also said that she has finally found happiness with new boyfriend Jason Boesal. The actress described her relationship as more low-key than previous dalliances, but said her new love is “special”. “Jason’s not into partying and it works. We have similar schedules: long periods of time off and periods of mad work. When I’ve finished work, I travel to be with him. It’s special,” Dunst added. She is currently filming the movie adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s seminal novel, ‘On the Road’. (PTI)
Moore dives to overcome fear
London: Actress Julianne Moore reveals she is trying to conquer her life-long fear of water by learning how to dive in a swimming pool. “I’ve been learning how to dive for 15 years…I came to swimming kind of late so I figured once I mastered that, that was enough, right? I didn’t have to learn how to dive too. (I could) just step in. Or cannon ball in… I mean why go in head first? Because that seems kind of ridiculous to me… you don’t want to hurt yourself,”contactmusic.com quoted her as saying. “But people say things to me like, ‘You can’t dive?’ Like, ‘You can’t open a door with a key?’ But, I had to learn the (same) way… they teach kids. Where you sit on the side of the pool, with one knee up and one leg bent, and you know they (the coaches) say, ‘Just fall in the pool.’ So I spent a few years like that,” she added. (IANS)
Olivia Wilde struggles with technology
Los Angeles: After getting married at the age of 18, newly divorced actress Olivia Wilde says she has difficulties adjusting to the new ways of romance. The now 27-year-old Cowboys and Aliens star says that perils of modern dating is taking a toll on her, reported MTV online. The actress, who has been linked to some of Hollywood’s sexiest stars in the likes of Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling and Justin Timberlake, says that she is surprised how dating now-a-days relies so much on technology like e-mail and text messaging. She also said that she has gained a bit of weight since the seven years marriage ended. “I got a divorce and self medicated with food. But I figure that’s better than self-medicating with crack cocaine,” Wilde said. (PTI)
No more targets for Gosling
London: Ryan Gosling no longer sets goals for himself as he is happy with the roles he has been offered ever since he turned 30. The Blue Valentine actor no longer thinks it is important to have a list of the things he wants to achieve, reports femalefirst.co.uk. “Do I set goals for myself? Not really. I think now that I’m 30 I’m more comfortable. Maybe it’s because I’m playing characters that are older, so it is easier to find good material. But I also have more control, I think,” he said. (IANS)
