London: Scottish actor Gerard Butler is reportedly facing a lawsuit from former restaurant workers, who allege that the actor failed to pay them.

Butler co-owns Hollywood’s Korean restaurant Shin Bbq, along with several other proprietors, including Danny and Chris Masterson, contactmusic.com reports.

Two ex-employees, who worked as a cook and a dishwasher, have filed legal papers at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming the owners, including Butler, failed to give them wages, rest time and meal breaks.

They are requesting that the restaurant owners are forced to open their payroll books, as well as hand them back pay and other damages. (IANS)
