SHILLONG: Police on Wednesday arrested one Naubi Singh from Nagaland and seized one Bolero vehicle (ML 04A 9785) from his possession. Last month, Singh had bought the vehicle from one person in Shillong at a price of Rs 4.25 lakh. But Singh disappeared after paying only Rs 2 lakh. Singh prepared even fake papers for the vehicle.
Singh was hospitalized after he complained of chest pain.
Two cases have been lodged against him in Rynjah police station and one in Sadar police station.
