SHILLONG: The Border Security Force (BSF) on Saturday apprehended an ULFA linkman from Gopinathkilla in West Garo Hills district. Acting on a tip off, the BSF nabbed the linkman while he was attempting to infiltrate into India from Bangladesh. The linkman has been identified as Ajit Sangma (23), a resident of Sherpur in Bangladesh. During interrogation he revealed that he had been working as a ULFA linkman since 2005 and was facilitating cross border movement of ULFA cadres. He was later handed over to the State police.
