SHILLONG: The Committee of the Dorbar Shnong Lawjynriew, Nongthymmai expressed concerned over the indecent acts practised in the blocks of the locality especially at the cemeteries located in the locality and the forest areas.
The Committee has strictly warned the people to abstain from such acts failing of which they will be punished as per the law of the Dorbar Shnong.
The Dorbar Shnong has also prohibited parking and sitting insides the vehicles at the locality’s roads and the play grounds citing that such indecent acts bring shame to the locality putting a black mark on its record.
