Guwahati: A youth beheaded a man and carried the severed head to the police station before surrendering in Moran in Assam’s Dibrugarh district on Saturday night.
Police on Sunday said Hamad Ali attacked one Balu Sahu with a sharp-edged weapon, following a feud over money matters.
Ali beheaded Sahu, in a fit of rage, and then carried the severed head to the nearby Bamunbari Police Station, police added.
He surrendered before the police and was immediately arrested. (UNI)
