JOWAI: Khliehriat Police arrested a 16 year old Kheinduh Lyngdoh of Sohkymphor village in Jaintia Hills for allegedly raping his cousin sister on Saturday.Sources informed that the boy committed the heinous crime a when she was alone at home.
The family members have handed over the rapist to Khliehriat police.
