Major fire at chemical plant in US

Washington: A massive industrial fire broke out at a chemical plant south of the city of Dallas in the US state of Texas Monday, Xinhua reported.

It prompted authorities to ask residents and students at a nearby elementary school to stay inside to avoid possibly dangerous gases that might get released due to the fire, local media reports said. (IANS)
