Former Australian fast bowler Nathan Bracken has initiated legal action against the Cricket Australia (CA), claiming that it did not protect him enough when he was battling a career-ending knee injury.
Bracken was not present in the court on Tuesday as his case was mentioned for the second time.
His lawyer Richard O’Keefe asked the case to be adjourned because the CA had not met with the court orders to provide “medical records relating to the plaintiff”, the paper added. CA has now been given time until Nov 30 to produce the required documents. (IANS)
