Power crisis in Dadenggre

 TURA: Frequent power cuts coupled with low voltage during the evening hours when people are at home has led consumers of the oldest civil sub-division in Garo Hills- Dadenggre to criticise the MeECL with even the Garo Students’ Union (GSU) has issued an ultimatum to the department to rectify the problem before the upcoming final examinations of schools.

The GSU has approached the additional chief engineer of MeECL in Tura to highlight the problem being faced by the people from the northern part of the state.
