SHILLONG: The Marwari Mahila Samity , Shillong organized a Diwali Bash on October 17 at Hotel Pegasus Crown. The event started with members of MMS singing hymns from the Ganesh Vandana, followed by various competitions – making jewellery carved out of fruits and vegetables, Rangoli competition, fancy dress and dance competition for children, 1 minute games and question-answer round for the audience among others.
