SHILLONG: With the PWD carrying out repair works along the road between Mawlai and Umiam, SP (City) M Kharkrang has informed that there is every possibility that the movement of vehicle on this road would be slow.
“To ensure smooth flow of traffic, the police department would deploy traffic personnel to regulate the traffic along this road,” Kharkrang said in a statement on Wednesday.He also requested the general public to avoid overtaking when the traffic is stopped near the road where the repair work is going on.
