NONGSTOIN:One Thomborlin Marwein (18) of Rambrai who murdered Premius Wahlang (35) of Langpih surrendered at the Nongstoin police sation on Saturday morning.
Thomborlin confessed that he mercilessly beat Premius and stabbed him with a dagger recently at Siangra village because of a misunderstanding between them in their business.
