Sources informed out of 60-member Assembly, 41 CLP MLAs, including the Speaker, were present at the meeting. Of them 40 except CLP MLA Wanki Lowang did not attend the meeting on health ground but signed in favour of the decision. Assembly Speaker Wanglin Lowangdong did not have to exercise his voting right.
