Mrs Esther Nora Pugh, wife of former Meghalaya Chief Minister Late DD Pugh, passed away at her residence, Daphne Road, Kench’s Trace on November 3 (Thursday) at the age of 88. Her funeral will take place on November 5 (Saturday) at the Mawkhar Presbyterian Cemetery, Mission Compound at 1 PM.
