Los Angeles: Pop sensation Lady Gaga has bone china cups and a chaise lounge ready for her backstage at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
The ‘Born This Way’ hitmaker will be performing today at the awards hosted by Selena Gomez in the Northern Irish city of Belfast, reported People magazine.
“On landing, her personal assistant headed straight for the store to pick out a grey and silver pied-a-terre chaise lounge, 2 espresso coffee machines and some ‘shabby chic’ fine bone china cups and saucers and a cake-plate,” a source said.
Gaga, who is known for her eccentric dress sense – once wearing an outfit made entirely from meat – will perform alongside stars like Bruno Mars, Coldplay and Jessie J at the show.
In addition to performing, the 25-year-old is also nominated for six awards, one more than she was up for at the 2010 awards which took place in the Spanish capital, Madrid. (PTI)
