Telangana leader continues fast in hospital

HYDERABAD: Congress MLA and former minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy on Monday continued his indefinite fast in support of separate Telangana at the government hospital here where he was admitted on Sunday. Reddy began his fast at his native Nalgonda on November 1 and was forcibly admitted to the state-run Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) here yesterday.

Former state Congress president and MLC D Srinivas, senior party leader G Venkataswamy, Telangana political Joint Action Committee (JAC) convener M Kodandaram and several other leaders called on Venkata Reddy. (PTI)
