Deputy Speaker of Meghalaya Assembly and Laban MLA Sanbor Shullai releases the shopping bag made of cloth manufactured by the Seng Tei Lang Kynthei Laban during the organisation’s 32nd anniversary celebrations at parking lot, Laban Bazar on Saturday.
