SHILLONG: Rotary Club of Shillong along with National Commission for Women is organizing a workshop and seminar on November 22 at 10 am at Hotel Pinewood. The theme of the seminar is “Eliminating the rising tide of crime against women and children in North East-police pro-activism and legal remedies.”
