SHILLONG: The Shillong Municipal Board (SMB) has prohibited display of goods by hawkers on the roadside and footpaths all along the GS Road through Motphran area upto District Council junction. The decision was taken at a meeting held between urban Affairs minister with officials of the department along with Rangbah Shnongs.
