AIZAWL: Sensitization workshop on legislative assembly matters and proceedings was convened in the Assembly Secretariat Conference Hall in Aizawl by CM Lal Thanhawla on Monday for the staff of the Mizoram legislative assembly.
CM Lal Thanhawla said that he wanted the government officials to know the importance and works of various sub-committee under Assembly.
Lalsawta, Mizoram Parliamentary Affairs minister also highlighted the nature and works of Assembly.
Opposition leader Dr.R. Lalthangliana explained how the government takes steps after approved by the house.
R.Selthuama, MLA also highlighted financial condition and its relating stories. Further, Assembly Secretary Ngurthanzuala also said the duty of members and the powers of various House Committees.
Vanlalnghenga, Assembly Additional Secretary also highlighted the nature of Assembly Committee. (Newmai News Network)
