SHILLONG: A driver of one cement loaded truck (KA25 B 8877) Pan Singh of Bartana, Uttar Pradesh, crashes down a hill at Mawblei near Laitkor on Saturday early morning. Police informed that the trapped driver was rescued by fire and emergency personnel after almost an hour.
