B'ladesh High Commissioner to grace Hornbill Festival

KOHIMA: High Commissioner of Bangladesh Embassy in India Tariq A Karim will grace the morning session of the week-long Hornbill Festival at the Naga Heritage village Kisama on Monday.

Mr Karim, who will be the Chief Guest of the Morning Session of the cultural programme, will be entertained by the troupes of various tribes, who are residing at Kisama in their respective Morungs (dormitories).

He will also visit various Morungs of the Naga tribes, which are well decorated by their traditional items like wooden utensils, stone made rice mills and several other items. (UNI)
