Mild quake hits Meghalaya

New Delhi: A slight intensity quake, measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale, hit Meghalaya-Bangladesh border region at 8.39 pm on Tuesday. The quake was epicentred at 25.2 degrees North latitude and 91.5 degrees East longitude, an India Meteorological Department release said. Its focal depth was 20 km. (UNI)
