JOWAI: There will be no electricity in the entire Jaintia Hills on Thursday from 9 in the morning till 4 in the evening.Officials of the Meghalaya Electrical Coorporation Limited (MeECL) informed that transmission will shut-down in Jaintia Hills for maintenance works at the main 132 KV Khliehriat grid by the Powe Grid Corporation of India Limited.
