Financial aid for ailing poet

 New Delhi: The Trimurti Niketan, a literary organisation of Nepal, has decided to provide financial aid to noted Nepali poet of Meghalaya Gopi Narayan Pradhan, who is presently undergoing treatment in Shillong. Pradhan won Sahitya Akademy award in 2010 for his poems in Nepali language.

The orgainsiaton also decided to honour Prem Prakash Malla ‘Madhukar’ with the ‘Trimurti Award’ in recognition of his longstanding contribution to the development of the Nepali language and music.
