Mumbai: At a time when actor Hrithik Roshan has been propagating the side effects of smoking among his family and friends, his close friend Shah Rukh Khan seems less likely to kick the butt anytime soon.

It was learnt that a book on how to quit smoking helped Hrithik give up on this habit. He has reportedly been passing on the same book to his smoker buddies in Bollywood including Sanjay Dutt, Bobby Deol and others. Shahrukh, when asked as to whether Hrithik approached him, said, “I know this is a bad thing but the habit doesn’t leave me. I am trying hard. Even if someone tells me or not, I know about the ill-effects of smoking. I will try and give it up on my own. I know it is not a good thing.”

“People ask me every day when will I quit smoking… now I feel guilty. I am trying to smoke less,” he said.

Now, SRK says he will think of kicking the habit after his upcoming film, ‘Don 2’, which releases on December 23.

“After Don 2 releases I will get some time to start working out, getting into a healthier regime. I would like to say that smoking is a bad thing and one must not do it,” he said. (PTI)
