SHILLONG: Like every year, this year too, believers from different Church organizations got together with a memorable Christmas meal and delicious food known as ‘Bam Khana Christmas’ in their own respective locations.
Two days after Christmas, almost all Church organisations have a get together with Christmas feast which is held two or three days after Christmas.
On Tuesday afternoon, Christians draped in warm woollen clothes marched to their respective locations where the feast was prepared.
They enjoyed the Christmas feasts or “Bam Khana Christmas” which many believe is a tradition, started by their ancestors.
